In cooperation with the EU Info Centre, Creative Europe Desk Serbia is organising public consultations about applying to the call for European cooperation projects 2019 of the Creative Europe programme on Monday 4th December at 2.30 p.m. in the EU Info Centre (7 Kralja Milana St, Belgrade).
The call is for all cultural institutions and organisations preparing applications for the current competition call, as leaders or partners in European cooperation projects. The programme of the event is comprised of a series of public consultations related to the questions about competition procedure (creating PIC number, ECAS account, and electronic form), documents (primarily, the content of responses in the competition form and the detailed description of the project), financial and legal matters (budget plan, authorisation letter, declaration on honour and cooperation agreement), using the examples of projects presented by attendees.
We invite all cultural institutions and organisations intending to apply this year to apply with projects propositions where they will participate either as a leader or as a partner organisation. The event is also open for all interested cultural professionals wanting to inform and train themselves in applying for the Creative Europe programme.
The programme of the event will be moderated by representatives of Creative Europe Desk Serbia: Dimitrije Tadić, Head of the Desk, Nina Mihaljinac and Milan Đorđević, Project Managers.
We are kindly asking anyone interested to confirm their participation until 2nd December at midday by sending an application (name, institution/organisation name and contact details) to the address email@example.com.
See you at the EU Info Centre!
