OPENS 2019- Youth Capital of Europe Novi Sad and the Timok Youth Centre are organising a resource café on the Creative Europe programme in Zaječar, on 11th June at 6 p.m.
Creative Europe programme supports establishing European cooperation, initiatives of translation and promotion of literary works written by European authors within the European Union and beyond, establishing networks that enable competitiveness and international activity of the cultural and the creative sectors, and also establishing platforms for promotion of young talents, their works and projects.
Within the event, Dimitrije Tadić, Head of the Creative Europe Desk Serbia, will speak about the competition for European cooperation projects and the competition for the mobility of artists and cultural professionals, which are an opportunity for funding partner and individual projects of youth and youth organisations.
Creative Europe Desk Serbia is an implementation body of the Creative Europe programme, established within the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia. The Desk offers support to cultural institutions and civil society organisations in the Republic of Serbia wishing to secure their participation in the Creative Europe programme.
In 2019 Novi Sad had the title of the Youth Capital of Europe, and OPENS as a union of associations executing activities within this initiative is organising activities encouraging active participation of youth in the society throughout the year.
