Short description of your organization:

Creative Frame is a professional development network for artists managed by Leitrim Arts Office (local authority). It is an artist led network with a membership of over 350 artists living in the region and working across all artistic disciplines. Throughout the year we organise seminars, practice based training, workshops, mentoring, technical training and business supports. We also provide a platform to share local, national and international news and opportunities (website and e - news) to ensure our talented and committed artists are kept in the loop and connected with the sector at the highest professional level. As we are situated in a rural location (Leitrim is the most rural county in Ireland with a population of 30,000) living and working as a professional artist in rural Ireland brings a number of different challenges for practicing artists specifically around their continued professional development, career progression and having access to opportunities. For this reason we are interested in linking with other institutions, local authorities or arts organisations that may also be situated in a rural context with a view to sharing expertise, knowledge and methodologies and best practice and potentially developing a collaborative project that supports artists in their career progression. We are also interested in connecting with organisations who are successfully using e – learning platforms. Short description of your organization:

DaDa Da Academy is a travelling Academy with a strong amount of artistic freedom, consisting mainly by artists of the Viennese avant-garde scene. The group\'s foremost characteristics are improvisation, interactivity, and a flair of the unexpected. The founding members (Panos Papadopoulos and Elisabeth Penker) give the baseline and keep the pace, leaving enough space for experimentation and initiatives from other artists incorporated in the group each time. The works which result reflect their autonomy and their ironic attitude towards the established order of things, demonstrating vivid elements of sophisticated criticism, caustic sarcasm and intense irrationality. Their arbitrary language explores the different possibilities of the indefinite and elicits irreconcilably contradictory meanings.
