Polimorf is a collective of multimedia artists, that was founded in 2013 in the municipality of New Belgrade, with a main goal of promoting art through different courses of action, focusing on urban interventions by creating socially and ecologically responsible works of art, installations and products.

Creating art within the areas of industrial and graphic design, sculpture, art installation, street art and scenography, Polimorf tends to create and act through forms of festivals and/or an exhibition space, a street artistic expression and a commercially applied aspect.

Polimorf strives to create projects that will stimulate mobility of artists, the joint work of artists and non-artists and the popularization of art, by enabling conditions for the creation of new works of art, as well as the implementation of art on public or unused surfaces and facades.

Polimorf aims to serve as a platform that helps artists who want to create and promote their art, but also seek to bring art to the public and make it more visible in everyday life in various social spheres, through hosting and organizing cultural and educational events.

Pozega Public Library is the oldest cultural institution in our town with 160 years of work on obtaining our citizens the best services one library could offer. With such a long tradition we make all our efforts to follow and implement modern tendencies of librarianship in our institution. We are very proud of our reading promotion project and activities for our youngsters especially on our early literacy programs and the first Festival of picturebooks in Serbia.

Pregrada Municipal Museum was established in 2005 by the City Council of Pregrada. The permanent display with 639 exhibits was opened to the public in 2007. There are three collections at the museum: the pharmaceutical colllection, the mining collection and the numismatic collection. The pharmaceutical collection represents the pharmaceutical activities of the Thierries, the family whose work was of significant importance to Croatia, as the first Croatian production of medicines started right here in Pregrada. Adolf Alfons Thierry de Chateavieux bought the pharmacy and opened the first production facility in 1893. It is rarely known that the medicines made in Pregrada, of which are the most famous Centifolien ointment and Miraculous balm, were exported throughout Europe and northern Africa. The mining collection is of great importance to the commercial history of Pregrada, since the general development of the town was largely due to its coal mine. After more than 100 years of mining, the coal mine was closed in 1970\\\'s. The last, but not less important collection is a numismatic collection, which represents a valuable numismatic work of its donor Zlatko Dragutin Tudjina. Mr. Tudjina, born from Pregrada, produced golden and silver coins dedicated to the Croatian historic figures. The collections consists of molds for coins and medals, but there is a significant number of various European medals from Austria, Germany, France, Belgium etc.

Primary school Dragisa Lukovic Spanac is an educatory institucion , of public interest. It dates from 1918 and consists of three separate school facilities-one in Belosevac, second in Baljkovac and the third in Donja Sabanta. It has 437 pupils, from the 1st to 8th grade. It has about 70 employees. It works as a public school for children and aduls. It works in one shift for the pupils and in evening hours for the adults.It had an overall -stay classes in the first and second grade, to support parents who works. Our school had Annual plan and Development plan. It had partnership with many institutions in the city and around. It had projects of national and internation level, competitions, workshops, presentations throughtout the year. It has 20 classrooms , a library, an archive, administrative facility, kitchen and dining room, preschool facility, which makes 3000 square metres ,and one a gym of 500 square metres.

In September 2015, private elementary school \\\"TVRĐAVA\\\", 8 Štrosmajerova Street, Petrovaradin, started to operate in the suburbs of the Petrovaradin fortress which was built in the spirit of the 17th and 18th centuries, and which has retained its authentic appearance to this day. The school is designed to provide children with an incentive environment for advancement and work. The program is implemented according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, but in a way that enables children to be creators of teaching, active participants and initiators, and teachers are mentors through the cultural and educational process. Through our creative work we encourage logical conclusion, abstract thinking, development of intellectual abilities and creative approach to learning and acquiring new knowledge.

PROCES educational architecture is an independent non-governmental organization focused on educating public, especially children and youth, about space, architecture and sustainability.
We collaborate with professionals in the fields of art, architecture, design, pedagogy and culture. We initiate our own projects and team up with institutions and organizations alike to realize educational programs that aim at stimulating spatial awareness and curiosity in children, as well as developing their architectural, esthetic and technical literacy and culture.

The citizens association Prostor has been working towards development of community based services for persons with mental health problems and de-stigmatization of this population in Serbia since 2010, through the use of art therapy and art as a tool for social change. The purpose of the organization is to develop municipally recognized and supported services that cover most of the needs of persons with mental health problems: psychological, economic and social. Over the past 5 years, Prostor has provided services for persons with mental health problems through art programs and art therapy workshops, aiming at empowering them, support of their re-socialization and providing psychological support. We collaborate with professional artists and other organizations active in the field of culture and social issues, organizing exhibitions, questioning the term “normality”, and promoting the art of psychiatric care users. We are interested in new collaborations and exchange of knowledge and experience with similar organizations from other countries.

Following the 2014 reform, the Padova provincial government has adopted a comprehensive approach to provide the municipalities with tools that help them promote the social, cultural and economic development of their

Provincial Secretariat for Health is provincial authority that regulates measures in the fields of healthcare aiming to provide quality healthcare to citizens in the Province of Vojvodina. The Public Library “Vladislav Petković Dis” is the oldest cultural institution in Čačak and one of the oldest public libraries in Serbia. Founded in 1848, during the period of one and a half century the library of Čačak was being moved from one place to another several times. Nowadays it is the main library for the district of Morava, situated in the western part of Serbia, and it is in charge of public libraries of Gornji Milanovac, Guca and Ivanjica, also responsible for three special libraries, 10 high school and 34 primary school libraries. Čačak, with 100.000 inhabitants on average, is the administrative centre of the district of Morava and it is industrial, trading and cultural centre in this part of Serbia.
Our library bears its name in honour of Vladislav Petković Dis (1880-1917), a well-known Serbian poet born in Zablaće, a village near the town of Čačak, whose hard and tragical life depicted his poetry. Vladislav Petković Dis had published only two books of poetry prior to his death during the First World War, but his poetry still has a great influence on modern Serbian poetry and literature.

Regional Economic Development Agency for Šumadija and Pomoravlje (REDASP) represents a partnership of public, private and NGO sectors from 13 municipalities of two districts Šumadija and Pomoravlje. The territory is located in the central part of Serbia and by the position gained the title of the crossroads of Serbia throughout history and developed rich historical, industrial and cultural heritage.

REDASP is one of the key actors in creating good conditions for sustainable socio-economic development by building instruments of regional and local economic development and has the stable network of key actors such as the Serbian government, local authorities, Chamber of Commerce, National Employment Service, associations of entrepreneurs, universities, cultural organisations, financial institutions, donors, NGO sectors, local media, service providers and others.

Regional Info Center (RIC) were founded in March of 2009 with the goal of strengthening the Serbian LGBT population through information and culture.
Since December of 2009, in cooperation with the Belgrade Youth Center, RIC has been organizing the International queer film Festival “Merlinka”, a part of the project of strengthening the LGBT population through art and culture. Insofar we organized ten festivals in Belgrade, six in Sarajevo, four in Novi Sad, three in Niš, four in Tuzla, two in Podgorica. In March 2013 for the first time we had Merlinka festival in Sarajevo, in May 2014 for the first time we had the festival in Podgorica, in February 2015 we had the festival for the first time in Niš and we plan the festival in Novi Sad in May 2015.
In January 2014 we produced our first theater play Merlinka’s Confession about trangender sex worker and actor Vjeran Miladinovic Merlinka, who was brutally murdered in Belgrade in 2003 and the killer was never found.
In January 2018 we produced our second theater play “And others” about discriminated and forgotten minorities in Serbian society as LGBT, Roma, people in wheelchairs… The theater play received excellent reviews and selected for Sterijino pozorje theater festival in Novi Sad.
RIC is also publishing the only gay magazine in Serbia “Optimist” and several LGBT websites.

Reload (Reload Vladicin Han), is an organization created by an informal group of young people in 2007, and it was

officially registered as NGO in 2012. The main goals of the organisation are: development of culture and cultural

policy, meet the development needs of young people, affirmation of voluntarism, cooperation with universities,

schools and organisations with similar goals, the inclusion of Roma and other minorities, dealing with the issues of

persons with disabilities, discrimination and human rights, the active involvement of young people in all aspects of

life. Also encouraging young people to actively participate in the European Community and informing young

people about the EU and gives publications related to the work of the organization. Organized trainings in the

fields : activism and volunteerism, project management, programs of the European Commission, etc. Our

Scenatoria is organisation of professionals and creatives involved in art, history, architecture and culture, established in 2011. Our mission is promotion of cultural heritage, ambient theater, applied, visual and performing contemporary arts. We contribute to active protection of heritage through activities that build audience and draw attention to cultural monuments and need for their responsible use. Our program involves education - walks, publications, lectures and stained glass workshops. We mostly finance our activities by project funding - applying for funds.

The Mission of Scenatoria is bringing (cultural, built) heritage into focus, its recognition and reanimation through promotion of ambient theater, applied visual and performing contemporary art in Serbia and the region; We support interaction and gathering of young artists and professionals, providing place for their artwork to be seen.

Our publishing house was founded in 2005, based in Germa-ny/Passau/Bavaria. Our primary profile became book publishing and dis-tribution in paper and e-book format, including books by authors from several countries in German or English, in the framework of our publisher program, but we have published works in Spanish as well. Our profile covers several areas: adult fiction, novels, children's books and young adult fiction, science books and non-fiction books.
We usually get our books as scripts in the given foreign language, however we can arrange a translation. Our areas of distribution include the German-speaking European countries and the geographic areas of German-speaking nationalities of Europe, while the e-book versions become avail-able worldwide.

School of animated film from Vranje was established 1987. as a society organization. SAF is beneficiary of Local government budget since foundation first like a NGO and since 2011. like a Public institution of culture. SAF has the wonderful space in Center of culture in Vranje were is situated since 1994. We are members of ASIFA and Asifa Workshop Group – AWG.There are six staff members who work with children and young, shoot and editing, organize internationals manifestations, write projects, financial plans, reports. We have good network of associates, volunteers, partners, potential guests who come back to SAF, Vranje and Serbia.
In a production of SAF Vranje there are more than 250 animated films in different techniques of animation.Our first animated film named “BOX” was produced in 1987.
Since 1997. we have started with organization of International Children Workshop for Animated film which is held every second year here in Vranje during August. This workshop is supported by Local Government, Ministry of Culture Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Sport and Youth Republic of Serbia, USA Embassy from Belgrade, Italian Institute of Culture from Belgrade, UNICEF office in Serbia and many others partners, sponsors and contributors.

Serbian – Jewish Choral Society (SJCS) has been established in Belgrade in 1876. It carries out various projects building tolerance and remembrance. The idea of cultural diversity and inter confessionalism is well incorporated in its programme and membership origin (multinational). For years SJCS is participating in (state) events, festivals, competitions in the country and abroad, even Carnegie Hall ,1978. Apart from shows in book promotions, exhibition openings, it holds charity and thematic concerts dedicated to inter cultural dialogue, street shows and friendship concert promoting idea music is establishing inter cultural dialogue, diminishing borders between different cultural, religious and national communities.The priority is to preserve and promote Jewish/Israel music in Ladino, Yiddish, Hebrew, also in Old Slavic, Serbian, Croat, English, Latin, German, Spanish, Italian,…while promoting Serbian and world music of all times and epochs. Choir enhances vocal quality through seminars with international conductors in the country and abroad. Special attention is paid to building tolerance and remembrance (Holocaust), which with great success choir realizes, for seven years now, through project “Never To Forget, Holocaust, Never To Happen again –music writes memories“ – combating prejudices, stereotypes, discrimination, racism, antisemitism, Xenophobia. The Serbian Literary Society is a representative literary and cultural association with 280 most eminent contemporary Serbian writers, among whom are more than 50 freelancers.
The Serbian Literary Society was established in the beginning of 2001 (March 3).
Its program activities include publishing, literary events (discussions, book promotions, meetings, public readings …), international cooperation.
The basic activity of the Serbian Literary Society is the care of the social position of its members: social security, copyright, the change of the public treatment of their work and, finally, the influence on State institutions to procure instruments for protecting the book and literature.
The program activities of the Serbian Literary Society include:
- Debate programs and promotions;
- Literary Magazine, the monthly of the Serbian Literary Society which first appeared in July 2001;
- The literary award Biljana Jovanovic, established in 1995, as the homage to the late, prominent, and provocative female writer, human rights and anti-war activist;

Šibenik Wind Symphony Orchestra is an amateur orchestra founded in 1848. The Orchestra has 80 members (60 adults and 20 youth). Our players have mixed ability and some have been music professionals. We play a broad range of repertoire which is challenging, rewarding and reflects the make-up of our orchestra like a followed by rock performance called “Rock Vol. 1 and 2”. From classic rock to the top songs currently on the charts, the orchestra rocked the rocks of St. Michael's Fortress in City of Sibenik. Our goal is to help kids thrive through music, to support the musical education of our young musicians, to promote a varied repertoire for wind orchestra, as well as to promote exchanges between different countries. StreetDancers: A Hip Hop group, divided in 3 different categories according to their age; Dignific’arte: project of social intervention with LGBT public with risk behaviors; Companhia dos Tarecos: Puppet theater direct to primary intervention on diferent social issues, aimed at children. EtCena: it’s a theater group that conceives and develops theater performances, presented to the general public. Workshop of dramatic expression: it’s a workshop developed for people with special needs and learning disabilities Music workshop: it consists in guitar lessons.

Student Cultural Center Kragujevac is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia and it is focused on the cooperation with young, talented people, as well as on creating conditions that allow them to express and achieve their creative goals and to make their work recognizable to a wider audience.
Through its literary program and publishing activity SKC cooperates with the famous names of the contemporary literary scene, but also with still unrecognized authors.

The music program of SKC is characterized by the genre variety of the concerts (jazz, world, pop, rock and electronic music and serious music). The theater production and work of the Academic Theater and the Drama section represent the framework for young lovers of theater to express their creativity and find and shape their artistic expression. SKC also hosts performances of professional theaters and drama workshops.
Through the work and existence of the Academic Folklore Ensemble, Orchestra and the Singing Group, SKC contributes to the preservation and the cultivation of traditional forms of dances and songs.

Students' City Cultural Center was founded in 1971 and opened in May 1974. SCCC is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and is situated in New Belgrade, with in the Student City campus, the largest student complex in the Balkans. SCCC cover important areas involving creativity: Literature, Theater, Music, the Visual Arts, Film, the Humanities and Science. Programs are conducted via lectures, discussions, exhibitions, artist in residencies programs, concerts, film and music festivals, theater projects and various workshops. The basic program objectives of SCCC are: addressing the cultural needs and values of students and nurturing new ones; involving the students community in art and humanities projects that can serve as a powerful tool for understanding contemporary society; improving and fostering different forms of creativity of students through, innovative educational programs from all fields of art and humanities, research and participative art projects. SCCC is a modern and functional structure, consisting of a management building, large and small auditorium, library with reading rooms, two galleries and a floor with an amphitheater and outdoor stage. It has film and video production equipment and facilities to host concerts, as well as modern equipment allowing multimedia exhibitions and the staging of theatrical plays. SCCC promotes its own productions through self-published editions.

STUDENTS’ CULTURAL CENTER NIŠ (SKC) is the one of the leading cultural institutions in City of Niš located at the building of the University of Niš. SKC was founded in 1992. by the Government of Republic of Serbia - Ministry of Education.
Through its programs, SKC gathers large number of not only students but all generations, devoted to improvement and expansion of education at the field of culture.

SKC offers the academic population an opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities within its ensembles, such as: Academic Mixed Choir, Female Choir, Folk Ensemble "Oro", Great Folk Orchestra, Academic Theater etc. Beside that, SKC compounds many specialized programs and projects: literary and documentary programs, publishing activities, visual arts, musical-scenic programs, film, photo and video programs, organization of concerts, performances, exhibitions, book fairs, etc.

The “Tačka komunikacije” (Communication Point) association was founded in October 2011 by a group of cultural management professionals and cultural theorists with the aim of bringing together those who create content and projects in the fields of culture and new media.

Our activities focus primarily on themes of cultural heritage and cultural tourism. By making use of new media tools we continue to work on collecting, archiving, presenting and promoting the heritage of local communities. The aim of the organisation is to raise awareness of these themes and engage the public in the preservation and reproduction of social history.

One of the goals of the “Tačka komunikacije” association is to gain, through on-going projects, recognition for its contribution to the preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage and social history of a city and the further development of the identity of local areas or communities.

Working in close cooperation with public institutions and other organisations active in planning and implementing programmes for cultural memory and the recording of daily life, social processes and the role of individuals in the same, we aim to lend support to communities in their efforts to engage with the recording of local heritage and its dissemination to a wider public.
