Citizen Initiative is Non Gaverment Organization founded by his president Siniša Simidžija at 1996 . in Banjaluka BiH .Citizen Initiative have three main activities and goals
1. conflict resolution
2. protection of ecology
3. organizing and support cultural activity.

One of most important project was
Conflict Resolution Catalysts. Project Neighborhood Facilitator Program from July 1996. – July 1998.This project was supported by The American Institute for Peace.
Citizen Initiative organized many project in cultural feed which was supported by the
Ministry of Culture Repablic of Srpska such as exhibition of Ceramic sculptures of credited academic sculptor and ceramic artist Sonja Bikič “Birds of Peace” in Sarajevo 2009 , 4 Exhibition in Gallery Sonja Bikić 2015 and so on.

Municipalities Banjaluka supported his project School of Ceramic and Ceramic Performans – Raku Performans.2015.
