Our field research projects have been implemented in the areas of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro. All our projects are supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia and other national institutions and closely related to the sphere of children and youth education, preservation of Balkan vocal and instrumental Heritage and digitalization of ethnomusicology archives. From 2011. until today we have published 8 audio editions, and a monography written by Dimitrije Golemovic, our famous ethnomusicologist.
Also, BCH has organized numerous manifestations, concerts and festivals in the country and abroad. Performers with whom we collaborate foster the tradition through a large number of genres (roots, pagan-folk, ethno-jazz, ethno-pop, electro and heavy-metal), but they also make original music inspired by tradition.
